OK. I've searched until I'm blue in the face, so I give up. Does anyone here know the minimum front and rear brake rotor widths? I need a hard number. The only numbers I've come across are 1.025" minimum front and .875" minimum rear. Does that look correct? Thanks a bunch guys.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I wore both of mine below minimums. For a 99 996 c2: Front 26.6mm Rear 22.6mm
The numbers you show are correct.
The numbers are on the rotor "hat".
OK. Thanks.
why do you need to know the exact number? for me, i just eyeball it cause i go through rotors once a year
I have German in my blood and therefore a need for precision. Until I figure out what OK and Not-OK looks like, I want to be able to measure the rotors with a micrometer and find out where I stand relative to the specs. Thanks guys.
