I was fantasising about my next 911. (I have a C4). Like AWD. Don't like the C4s, sorry, because it is an ersatz Turbo. So logicaly, should I aspire to a Turbo? (Have to admit that I have never driven one. Why are the normally aspirated treated as so different? Are they not fundamentally similar? Are the users of the two types so different?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Well, for starters, the entire engine is different.
don't forget the body being completely different also
If you'll note I think that John D. keeps all of the NA Porsches together and all the Turbos together (except for the Cayenne)
look at the board arrangement engine layout / aspiration is the primary threading method
This is a reasonable division of subjects which facilitates our interaction. We get enough off the topic posts as it is. I don't think there is any implication that one car is better than the other, thus they must be separated.
Its a ego issue. The TT's think they are cooler and faster. The narrow body NA cars know they are ;-)
Ed, You got it!!! My point really was that in looking at future purchase, quite interesting to hear n/a and turbo perspectives in one discussion Philip
