Hi Gurus, I'm looking at buying a 2002 C4S Coupe (Tiptronic). The car has about 56K miles on it. I was wondering are there any specific problems with this year / model, other than the obvious checks for RMS. I am buying from a dealer that sells Porsches / Mercs (not a new porsche dealer). I also have a few questions regarding this car in general. 1. The dealer is offering an extended warranty through a Company called AutoSource Warranty. aswarranty. Has anyone had any experience with them? 2. Any software / tool available that I can hook my laptop to check for any faults in the system ( I have an OBDII scanner ). 3. Is there a PPI form that I can use to have it checked out by an Independant mechanic. 4. Is there anyone on the forum that would be able to check the VIN and retrieve the Porsche Service History of the car. I live on Long Island, NY Thanks in advance for any help. Sincerely Prado
