Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

17 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi all, I need your opinion. I have a C2, and am thinking of swapping out my old Techart Type I rear wing and replacing it with the rear wing available for the widebody kit I've spoken with the guy at CEC Wheels (LA), and he seems to think that it might be a bit too wide for the car. If anyone has either seen this set up or is familiar with the rear wing, can you please let me know what you think? For reference, i've attached the images of both wings below. Thanks in advance, SanDiego996

SD996 that's a pic of the Techart lll wing posted by 20C4S and it's not to wide at all

This is on a C2?! It doesn't look wide at all. Thanks for your advice (and more impactful, the pictures). SanDiego996

POST 10Original post

I love it, but what does it look like when it raises up. It might look a bit awkard then or does it stay down.

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Doug, try either lucent motors ( www.lucentmotors.com ) or cec wheels ( www.cecwheels.com ) SanDiego996

Also, the tail does stay down (disables decklid). you can read more about it at 6speedonline ( http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/s...&threadid=5034 )

Thanks for the quick reply. I really like that spoiler.

POST 15Original post

it does stay down. all we have to do is disable the motor.

Don't forget to ensure it will work with a Cab. Most don't!
