Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

At the end of my street a steep hill descends to an intersection. My C4S scrapes alphalt almost every time I make the turn at the end of the street. The rubber/plastic underneath the bumper is looking pretty ragged. Anyone come up something to protect the bumper protector? Thanks

POST 2Original post

i assume u try to enter it in an angle... if yes, there is really nothing u can do. the design of that piece is really good though which u just need to replace it. buy an extra lip to put it into garage. trust me, that'll make u feel a lot more comfortable

POST 3Original post

I've heard it called the "fifth tire." Just replace it when it wears out

POST 4Original post

There is something called "boomerang." it's metal thingie that goes under the bumper. I don't know how good it is. Just saw it and thought it was good idea.
