Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Porsche makes two different bras for 996's. One covers the fenders and the other does not. Which is best---what are the pros and cons. I have a 2003 coupe and purchased the one that covers the fenders. I can not get it to stop "puckering" between the headlights and the hood---especially at highway speeds. Is there a "trick" to installation? If I exchange for one that does not cover the fenders will I open myself to more chips? or is that an area that is not open to chips? Thanks

POST 2Original post

I recently put on a product called RoadBlock. A clear plastic film. I never liked the look of the fabric Bras. It goes on best over good paint. Not sure about which supplier is best, but here is one. try: http://www.autobahndint.com/
