I am interested in the GT3 seats. However, I need some of the measurements from two spots on the seat itself. Seat portion: 1. Measure the bottom portion of the seat, thigh bolster to thigh bolster. 2. Measure inside the bolsters, thigh bolster to thigh bolster. Seat back: 1. Measure the "wings" edge to edge. That's about it. I had some Recaro Speed / SRD's in my old car. I need these measurements to compare. I really appreciate the help!! Thanks! Chad

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I will try to get you some measurements tomorrow afternoon.
Excellent! I appreciate it immensly. -C.
bottom cushion, at the back = 13" wide very front of the bottom cushion = 15" wide (those are inside dimensions, as in the space you occupy) the total length (from seat back cushion to end under knee area) of the bottom cushions is about 19 inches. 22" (maybe 22.25" or so) at widest of 'wings' at shoulder area (as is a box would need to be a bit larger than that for the seat to fit inside)
Many thanks. As much a I would like them, they are a tad small. Thanks! Chad
chads, find a dealer that has them, or find someone in your area and try them out, they are not that bad, the only complaint is the lack of tilt/back adjustment, you can ONLY slide them forward/back a bit. very bad. other than that, it REALLY connects one to the car.
Give them a try first. You'll be surprised. I've driven for hours in mine with no discomfort and I'm fairly large.
Thanks guys. However, I am 6'-6" and 255#. Not a small dood by any stretch. I was thinking about getting a Sparco EvoII and having it custom covered in leather. As I mentioned, I had Recaro Speeds (SRD) in my old car and loved them. I am not sure if anyone in St. Louis has these puppies. Thanks... C.
I'm 6' and 245, so I'm probably "thicker" than you. The seats are comfortable. Trust me, try them before you make up yor mind.
Thanks Patrick. I'll keep my eyes peeled for a local car with GT3's in it. Thanks. C.
Doug beat me to it, Chad, thats the best thing to do, find a seat to try out, I dont know anyone with them thats as big as you, they are tall but a bit leaner.
