Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Title says it all: I need to install new tires that I buy from tire-rack or the shop itself. Any recommendations? How about the regular "America's tire Co."? Do they take care of your rims? And how about dealers, how much do they charge for installation?

POST 2Original post

DEVEK.net in redwood city. you can have the tires drop shipped there. they have a touchless tire mounter. if you track it, you can have them put in some high temp aluminum tape on the wheel weights. hell, do it regardless as a precaution.

POST 3Original post

I've used: Custom Alignment-Balance 2599 Wyandotte St, Mountain View, CA 94043 [phone removed] No affiliation, yada, yada, yada...

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Devek is charging me $165 for the install Custom Alignment-Balance ... $150 and regular mounting shops ... about $90-$100 I think I'm going to go with Devek. Peace of mind for a little more money. Thanks for the replies
