Apparently the looks of the 996 never get old in the automotive press. http://www.roadandtrack.com/car-cult...fter-redesign/

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
19 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I think the Celica and WRX got better as well... Who writes this stuff? Some pimply faced millennial that was probably too young to drive any of these when they came out.
Or people who read the internet and are incapable of forming their own opinion. Oh wait, you said millennial.
Some of the cars in that thing though; why are they in it in the first place? ... Who cares about Toyota Celica? I personally think the newer one looks much better.
I think the 996 looks much better than the 993 And WTF is wrong with Boxster? They are great cars Some fargin icehole with no clue wrote that article Travis Okulski should have his sump fingered
Here's my view: Mercedes--looks a little different but the newer one looks cooler. Lambo--looks the same with the newer one having some grooves Honda--Are you serious? Who cares? Nissan--the only difference to me is the headlights Taurus--They got that wrong. The old one is terrible and the newer one just looks like a rental car. Porsche--Our headlights consistently get 99% of the blame. Of course they suck but can be easily masked with headlight covers, tint, plastidip, etc.
I actually like the 25th anniversary edition of Countach much more than the earlier versions.

Um, I'm a millennial who was in high school when the 996 was introduced. Saw it at a local car show and was hooked.

There is hope for Gen Y then!

I Like the headlights both Mk1 and MK2
I disagree with the vast majority of the cars in this "article." Most improved, in my opinion. Now, go from a classic Mustang to that POS Fox body, or from a 70s'-era Challenger muscle car to whatever it became in the 1980s, those were cars that were ruined.

Perfectly put:big bye: We're finished, nothing to see here.
I think the new Audi Q7 is uglier than the old one 2016 2015
Anyone else notice it was a 993 c4s versus a 996 c2 mk1? Oh the crap we find online.
