Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anyone know what this is for? Was just laying in the trunk. Was thinking it might be for jack or maybe the wind screen but not a good fit. Part# 7.02.10005 on it doesn't turn up anything. Thanks.

POST 2Original post

Pretty sure it's the piece that fits inside the spare tire to hold the jack.

yup, thanks. I didn't get the windscreen with the car but I just bought one.

POST 8Original post

Not disagreeing but there is also a piece that looks like that behind the front bumper cover. Easy to forget to reinstall if you have the bumper cover off. Ask me how i know.
