Am thinking of selling my 04 996. I can not figure out on iPad how to post in classifieds. Is there a way to sign up and pay via iPad or only online?

I'm confused you're Ipad should have online access either by wi-fi or if you pay a carrier. If you're talking about the classifieds from here, you have to be a rennlist member in order to do it.

I am a member...not a paying member. When I go to the classifieds and hit the drop down menu there is no where to start a new thread/place an ad. Is it because I'm not a paying member?

You are only a non-paying "user" as can be seen under your user name, so yes you need to be a paying member before you can place an ad.
