Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Finally had my Ceika coilovers installed. Went to NTB for an alignment but the car was too low to get on the lift. I have a front lip installed. Any recommendation on where I should go where a lowered car can get on the lift? Im not slammed but much lower than without coilovers and it looks great.

POST 2Original post

I like a shop called Brain and Jims, they r in Wilmington, DE. Maybe u should post a location?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Norther VA I was looking for one of chain facilities that could possibly accommodate me. NTB no go. Three local shops - again too low. Coilover guys who did you use?

POST 4Original post

I dont really understand the chain guys not wanting the work. My local firestone wont pull a nail and plug a tire on a 2500 truck because they dont have a lift big enough. I guess they didnt have a floor jack? All they have to do is drive onto a 4post lift and raise the car. Make the ramp a little longer and its not an issue. Basically lazy techs. Find a smaller shop that has decent mechanics. I have at least 4 shops in a 5 mile radius that can do a porsche but would only trust 2 of them. Hopefully someone in N.VA can help u out.
