Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Wiring up the dash mounted spoiler button and found some strange wires spiced in. Cant see where they are going but looks like one part is on a switch attached to clutch. Any idea?

POST 2Original post

IMSB kill switch? Alien detector/repeller? Zombie killer?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Custom kill switch that was bypassed is probably what it is. There is one long double wire that is attached together that probably had a switch on it and mounted somewhere. Not sure why the micro relays were wired in.

Obviously the trigger for an ejector seat.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Pulled a few more panels off and found a pressure switch/button hidden in the center console carpet. My guess is you pressed the button to open the switch, turn off the ignition and the car wont start until you press the button again and release the switch closed. I pulled it all out and put it back to factory. Good news is my rear spoiler now has a dash mounted switch.
