Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I came across a side marker light that proclaims "as good as OEM" - and maybe it is for $32, particularly if from Hella. I am wondering if there is interest for another sticky along the same lines - 3rd party stuff that is "as good as OEM" - for other parts/equipment that have been vetted/tested by the forum. I know I would follow it. Apologies if someone has already suggested this.

Exactly, that's what's shown on mine.

POST 5Original post

I will tell you that I bought these with the ziza bulbs for less, very much OEM quality. No affiliation, ymmv... http://www.ecstuning.com/Porsche-200...tor/ES2568609/

POST 6Original post

That appears to be a listing for drivers side only...

POST 7Original post

^This^ from ECS web page... "This kit includes one set of Hella European side markers, one set of OEM Hella amber bulbs, and one set of Ziza chrome-look replacement amber bulbs to give you an attractive look, while maintaining OEM fitment and finish. " $59.95

I believe the "driver side only" comment two posts up was in reference to the eBay link in the original post, which may be what you are stating. ;-)

POST 11Original post

How about "Better than OE". For example LED interior bulbs from ECS Tuning (no affiliation, just a happy customer). Would need to be just a direct replacement part that works better than the original as opposed to a significant mod.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
