Hi, I just purchased a 996 and was wondering what the function of the red and yellow LEDs on the radio shelf are. The red one seems to blink intermittently with amber one constantly staying on. I looked through the manual and online and was unable to find any reference to the lights. There does not appear to be a hidden radar detector installed in the car. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Those are both something that a previous owner has installed. They could be for anything. They are not factory installed or part of a factory option.
I figured it out. It was for a hidden k40-1000. Thank you for your assistance.
