Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

There's a young man here with a 2013 Panamera with stock 18" rims that he wants to sell me. Will they fit my 99 Carrera? Mine are the stock 17's

POST 2Original post

IF i was a Bettin' Man i'd say NO but it shouldn't be That Hard to look it Up! Just look at the Panameras & see If they EVER made one with a 17' wheel! GL!

POST 3Original post

Hard to say if them rims will fit on your whip... Look up the width and offset for the Panamera wheels and you should be able to determine if they will fit or not. I would guess that that offsets on the Panamera wheels are not appropriate for the 996, but I'm not sure.

[QUOTE=Dennis C;12033368]Hard to say if them rims will fit on your whip... Look up the width and offset for the Panamera wheels and you should be able to determine if they will fit or not. I would guess that that offsets on the Panamera wheels are not appropriate for the 996, but I'm not sure.[/QUOTE...The offsets for Panamera are 52 and 911 are 47. They have same 5x130 bolt pattern. I can't seem to find what size and offset of OEM 99 18" rims

POST 5Original post

Someone needs to make Porsche version. http://acurazine.com/forums/tire_rim_calculator.php

POST 6Original post

If I remember right 18" solid spokes (Turbo Twists) the offsets are (F) ET52 (R) ET65. Can someone confirm? Jetpusher......you gave one offset # for the Panamera. Are all 4 wheels the same? Because the 911 wheels are different from front to rear....but I'm sure you know that.

POST 7Original post

For the 996, Porsche recommends the following combinations in an 18" wheel: - 7.5x18 RO 52 front, 10x18 RO 65 rear - 8x18 RO 50 front, 10x18 RO 65 rear - 8x18 RO 50 front, 11x18 RO 63 rear Some rear tires may require the rear fenders to be rolled on vehicles up to and including 2001 because of the width.

POST 9Original post

I'd also validate the center bores are the same. You have to love hub centric wheels.

POST 10Original post

Call Wheel Enhancement. They can look up the numbers on Porsche models and should be able to answer your question.

POST 11Original post

Should be the same bolt pattern, but like stated above, figure out the offset.
