It's plug and play if you're referencing euro gt3 seats. If you're talking about the US seats with the larger upper bolsters you might have to tap a power source depending on your options. You'll be fine either way just be careful lifting the old seats out and putting the new ones in. Have a towel to protect the door sill and a friends to supervise if it's your first time. Enjoy Shawn
