I read with great interest that Diablo360 has had 8 different sets of exhaust pipes on his 996. And I can't stop thinking about it. Don't want to highjack the parting-out thread, but I would love to see a "survey" of the different systems, pros and cons, etc. There seem to be a lot of love for FisterD on the board. All opinions welcome. And, if this has been the subject of a thread, please let me know, and I will search it.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Mine is s from a European only GT3. Pretty bad *** but probably sounds similar to a gundo hack or Fister.
