I wanted to share my thoughts on the Dice Universal unit I installed in my 03 C2..... First, the sound quality is great (same as my CD's). Second, the install was a breeze (took about 40 min). And last, it's nowhere in site (installed it under my cubby in the dash) . Added plus is that is charges my IPHONE, shows the song title on the head unit, and comes w/remote. I went with the AUNI-200-USB. You will need an antenna adapter.. Part #'s below... - DICE-AUNI-200-USB ($95) - Antenna adapter - 40-EU30 ($15)

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Pics of it in operation?
I had a Tranzit Blu HF installed in mine. Likewise a simple install, works flawlessly. It's a Bluetooth streamer though, not a USB. But also works as a hands-free for the phone. Great to have such a device.
I am looking at the transit blu also. The only thing that turned me off id that you have to push the button for 10 seconds to turn it on. So you have to do that every time?
Which head unit do you have? Is it plug and play for the CDR-23? I've been looking for a USB/iPod solution for my MY04 with the CDR-23 without having to hack up wires and whatnot.
I'll have to get some pic's..... I have the CDR23 head unit. It's a universal fit as it sit inline wiht the antenna.
Do you experience any issues with it freezing or locking up on one song? I noticed the unit I have in my wife's BMW is finicky on some songs which I attributed to the ID tag info embedded to a song.

If you could, that would be great!

Nope. Once it's installed and paired the first time it connects as soon as you put the key in the ignition. The only time I need to hold the button for 6 seconds is if I want to swtich from streaming (Spotify or Pandora for example) to commercial radio or back. Since I almost never use commercial radio I almost never use that function. A shorter press turns on Siri (which I don't use), and a quick press skips to the next song.
