Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Guys im putting a hardtop on my cab,the top has the rear defogger,i dont see any wire in my car to hook it up,any idea how to connect it Thanks Albert

POST 2Original post

The wiring for the defroster is contained in one of the receivers for the hard top behind the back seats. I was wondering the same thing when I bought my hard top, but once you mount it, hit the button and it will work fine. By the way, you will enjoy the hard top. It's almost like having two cars. Enjoy!

POST 3Original post

Like Down South said, mine is on the drivers side bolt in the back. It looks like a plastic washer on the bolt with 2 metal contacts on it.
