Sounds reasonable, pending the PPI. I recently paid $33.5K for a 2001 C2 6-speed in pristine condition with 32.5K miles; similar options to what you are considering. I think I got a good deal; a $3.5K lower price for greater mileage and a less-than-pristine interior make sense if it is the car you want.
Yeah, I also just got a C2. It is a black 2000 with 59,000 miles in pristine condition. I paid $29,000.
