I have original front bumper, deck lid (with wing), and factory 18" wheels (no tires) from my 2001 996 twin turbo left over after replacing them with GT2 versions. Anyone wanting to put them on a 996? The parts are silver and are in excellent condition. (Two of the wheels have a little curb rash). Bumper = $650 (obo) + shipping Wheels = $650 (obo) + shipping Decklid = $1250 (obo) + shipping

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It would probably help if you posted some pics and a price for each item. Good luck with the sale.
Shoot me an email with pictures and prices to [email removed] and I will have a look. I want some sort of wing and my car is silver so this might work. Thanks
Added prices and pictures to original message. Thanks
Just tl inform people, the deck lid and wing will not work without massive modification. I tried like heck to get it to fit my C4S with no luck.
The decklid will not easily fit early model 996's (or any model that does not have the 'dip' in the rear tail light). Of course given enough $$$s anything is possible.
Anyone have pictures of what the rear should look like to use this deck lid?
Some 996 models do not have the dip in between the reverse and brake portions of the rear lights. This dip follows the rear decklid across the back. (picture courtesy of GMG) There may be other challenges. I would suggest that the decklid would make sense for someone local (Irvine area) . This way, it can be eyeballed before trying to install it.
Thanks for the photo
I could be wrong here, but I think that a turbo lid won't fit a NA car due to the wing mechanicals. The NA cars have engine parts that are in the way and need to be re-routed. I have seen it done, but I think the cost was up there.
Exactly...the airbox is where the mechanicals are for the spoiler to raise and lower...You AT THE LEAST have to modify the airbox but cutting it and resealing it to fit, or replace it with an aftermarket unit that is smaller. It also will not line up and bolt on directly...you will have to cut it to fit as its longer than the NA decklid. Then there is the electronics to raise and lower.
It can be done on a C4S, but with a lot of work. A guy on renntech did it a couple of yrs ago, do a search over there.
Hello, is the front bumper still available?
Yes
