Per the dipstick check in the morning, I'm sitting at half up from the bottom mark. Do you guys always keep the oil at the top mark or do you let it slide down to the bottom mark before refilling in between oil changes? Haven't had the car long enough to determine how much it's eating oil if any. It looks like my electronic gauge is pretty accurate comparing it to the dipstick readings.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I always top it off whenever I can, half way mark is about a .5 quart. These cars are easy to overfill, be carefull when refilling... when reaching a full quart def top it off, thats alot of oil in my book
If you are going to track the car or run it very hard do not keep it at the full mark as the oil seperators will fill up and blue smoke will be your friend. Run it for hard driving about 1/2 quart low. I use the electronic dash gauge and keep it in the upper ranges...unless going to the track.
