Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hey guys... I have the carbon fiber e-brake on my 996, somehow the top leather cover came off. The problem is that the leather has to tuck in underneath the carbon fiber part of the e-brake handle. So in other words... has anyone ever removed the actual e-brake handle??? If so, how do you do it??? THANKS!!

POST 2Original post

yea I have done this, the cover just tucks under the lip, I had no need to take apart the brake, it took some time but it did go on.Good Luck

POST 3Original post

Hey Paul, long time, no hear! Where the hell have you been? I'm glad to "see" you back! Do you still have the 996? How do you like the XK?

POST 4Original post

I will be around more, and its nice to know i was missed! Turbo is on a boat and I'm thinking the GT3 is a better looking car , so who knows I might be taking that instead, take car and see ya soon.
