Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
18 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

The automatic transmission and color scheme are killing this car. The interior wood isn't helping either.
I liked the wood but agree the Savana does not go with the yellow.
that does not look like speed yellow... looks like Pastel Yellow or similair. I like it, save the transmission.
The yellow looks good -- but the wood, yuck!
damn, TT like this keep me from doing SC everyday!
Is that Savannah Beige? It looks like some other funky color of beige I have never seen. Might just be the photo. BAD combo!
I would not be embarrassed to own it. Are the body-color matched seatbelts standard on Turbos or different models, or is it an option, or aftermarket???
IMHO, this car represents a great buy assuming a PPI checks out. I personally could live with the color combo and the tip at this price. WOW a 24,000 mile turbo at about 4-6K over what good '02 996 C2's are selling for. Gary
Absolutely.......!!
I don't think I could get past that color combo....even for that price.
ditto, the guy ordered the car has bad taste IMO.
That's an excellent price for a 996TT from a pure value standpoint, but I wouldn't/couldn't touch it even if the PPI result were superb. The price of any luxury item is only worth it if the specs are what I want. Otherwise, why spend any money -- regardless of how much -- on something I don't want to begin with? That color combo and tip transmission are definitely deal-breakers for me. Different strokes for different folks!
there's one thing that all of you seem to be missing here THE AUCTION ON EBAY CLOSED ON MONDAY and that was before this thread was even started. So, regardless of the color combos, and if it passes a PPI, it doesn't matter. The car is no longer available.
Someone got a great deal. Someone post a carfax, curious to see if its clean.
Uuuugggllyy! I wonder who ordered this combination. Tony Soprano's wife maybe? All it needs now are a bolt on ground effects wing, a big yellow "Porsche" windshield decal, and a vanity plate that says "trboplaya".
I didn't think that anybody that has been posting didn't know that. I was just shocked at how cheaply they let it go.
That was a highly optioned car w/ relatively low miles .... if you are 100% focused on the performace of the car, you can get a great discount .... in this case 10 K ++. I am unfortunately too shallow. Botton Line: A Car Only a Bee Keeper Could Love ...
