Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

would letting my nicely optioned 03 c2 coupe with 18k miles for 48k too cheap? Just want to get the boards input on this one. tia peter

POST 2Original post

YES! Sell it on the open market for close to blue-book value. Anything less and you're pissing money down the drain.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hmmm thanks for the input. I guess I wont sell it to the guy for 48,500 then..

POST 6Original post

I paid $52k for mine with 14,000 miles and CPO.

POST 7Original post

Don't be too hasty. Ask the buyer if he would consider $50K and if not, ask him if he would give you at least a week to consider the lower offer. The $48.5K offer for a private sale for an '03 in my neck of the woods is about right on the mark.

POST 8Original post

I agree...do consider that although a general consensus may be that you should be able to get $52-53K for the car, the people who actually are ready to fork over the cash may think a bit differently.

POST 9Original post

I know your colors are kinda on the fringes, but how did you do this?

POST 11Original post

Seems like you could get a little bit more for your car... here is one I purchased for the company with similar miles, but a Targa Here

POST 12Original post

ask him to consider 50K It's a fair price for him, and a fair price for you - also while you could get mybe another $1-2,000 out of the car... Is it worth sitting on the car for you?
