Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, hoping some of you nice 996 types can help a new 993 owner from Down Under. I have recently bought the 993 but hate the standard (grey) 4 spoke steering wheel, so want to replace it with a 3 spoke GT3 type wheel (which does bolt onto a 993).... then I spot the much more expensive CPZ (thicker) 3 spoke at Carnewal. ( I figure the steering wheel is my primary interface with the car...besides my butt) Do I need it? Is it that much better in terms of feel? Has anybody used one or own one? Many thanks for your opinions, Lyndon

POST 2Original post

Lyndon, Sorry, don't know anything about the CPZ, but I love my Techart 3 spoke. Good luck

POST 3Original post

Why not go for the GT3 RS alcantara job? Carnewal stock these too. Spizz
