Had a chance to drive my C4 from Ohio to Somerset, KY, and then to Atlanta and back this weekend. First time I have gotten to spend several hours at a time in the car. Averaged about 23 mpg, burned no oil, ran great - no issues! Car now has a little over 41K miles. Many thanks to Yuri Rojas at The Garaj for helping me to get the car sorted out. It had only been driven 3K miles in the last 6 years. Yuri installed the LNE IMSB and a new RMS, as well as new tires (Conti Extremes) and did an alignment. He also replaced a few missing guards and a broken inner fender shield at my request. Great service, very fair price and very, very knowledgable P-Car mechanic. Thanks to everyone on RennList who helped me with advice too. Had a great time with the car and enjoyed it immensely. Ted

good to hear you have an indi in your area that you can count on for serious work on your Pcar. Sounds like you did some "bonding" with your "new" car. Isn't is a shame, 3K miles in 6 years. Someone was saving those miles for the next guy. the 00 Cab I purchased came from PA with 9500 miles in 9.5 years. I have managed to put another 8500 miles in two years, still under average. but the car has had IMSR/RMS, all fluids changed, plugs, filters, no leaks and feels like it can easily go another 50K-60K miles without a hiccup.
