Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've noticed that when the trunk is closed, I can push down on the crest area and get the trunk to move - as if there is now play in the latch. Is there an adjustment I can make to the latch to get it to close tighter?

POST 2Original post

Yes, there are 2 rubber bushings underneath the front of your hood. They are threaded. Unscrew them a couple turns and the hood will fit tight again.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Cool, I'll check them out! Thanks.

POST 5Original post

You can't tighten them too much or it will not release from the inside. There is supposed ot be some push down play.

Got ya, I'll go for slightly less play then!
