Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Looking at BaT auction for BBS LM wheels for my 1999 996 C4. They are stated as 18x8.5 LM265 and 18x10 LM266. Offsets at ET56 fronts & ET65 for rears. Guessing I may need small spacers, but need to confirm before I bid. Any help out there? Thanks so much, Scwebb

POST 2Original post

They will fit, and yes you’ll need some spacers..fronts probably 5-15mm, rears approximately 20-25mm, maybe 30mm depending on your flush preferences Those C4’s were NB cars. I sold a guy some 18x8.5 and 18x10 +40 for a 996 C4 and they fit but to achieve that you’ll need some aluminum and longer studs
