Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

22 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Why are selling prices so much higher over on the continent compared to uk selling prices...? Just been browsing and prices seem to be a good 20-30% higher in the classified ads.

POST 2Original post

Seems to be across the board with most cars to be honest although they don’t seem to want to chop in their cars quite as often as we do. Taxes vary from country to country too.

POST 3Original post

Most of Europe are peasants so they've not got the amount of cars each year on the road as we have, making them rarer cars as the years go on, thus holding value more. There's only Germany in the whole of Europe that buys more new cars than us.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Alex, have you ever considered becoming the leader of the EU.... ?

POST 6Original post

Yeah - in 4 years time when they are all 'far right' and Burnham's thinking Oh shoite, what've I done.

POST 10Original post

yep it's because nobody want's our right hand drive cars, well apart from a few other places but it costs too much to ship them there to be worth the hassle.

POST 11Original post

tax implication of that ridiculous legacy decision to leave the EU

POST 12Original post

Was gonna say my hunch is LHD market too. If they’re able to make it work I think our RHD stuff will be bought up cheap for spares.

POST 14Original post

UK consumerism due to being a rich nation and a bunch of spoilt brats. F all to do with EU or tax or left hookers. Alex's eye-opener of the day: You hear sniveling leftie woke fuktards whining about oligarchs and the World's richests 10%, etc. Well here's the facts. Richest 10% - approx. £88k net worth Richest 5% - approx. £150k net worth Richest 1% - approx. £670k net worth Are you in the 5% or the 1%?

POST 15Original post

And ironically it is often from their north London enclave with an average house value north of £1million. Champagne socialism is alive and well.....as long as it is others who pay.

You’d have to go to A&E afterwards but you’d still go back for more

I find it absolutely bizarre that so many left leaning Brits that describe themselves as remainers /rejoiners clearly do not follow European politics. They're in for a bit of a shock.

POST 18Original post

This is a good example of why we should keep Politics & Porsches separate!

POST 19 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm starting to regret starting this thread....again

POST 20Original post

Simon Dixon is one of the most succinct in describing just how much the EU is in trouble right now, he is also quite reassuring about the direction of travel too, where we are going to end up. He was on with Julien Dorey a couple of days ago. Well worth a watch. It helps you to understand why so many companies and corporations are struggling at the moment too. Where all the money is being funnelled.

POST 21Original post

So why are they more expensive in Europe and the US, turbos see 100k plus in the states ? Back on track.
