I found this on the floor of the garage under the rear end. I think it's a strain relief but is it just coincidence or is it from my car? Thanks!

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

spark plug or fuel injection wire seal https://lens.google.com/search?p=Abr...gxN2E4NWEiXV0= was your vehicle recently serviced ?
Google lens, good call, people just don't use it enough
Hey @De Jeeper it's about a loony coin in length. Heh. Only slightly larger than a .25 piece. Thanks @Fracture . I should have lens'd it myself, totally forgot, it's installed on my phone. My car was looked at recently but there's no reason that the plugs or injectors would have been touched. I had new plugs and injectors done last year. Could that seal come off if the injectors and plugs are properly installed? I drove the car yesterday, it ran fine. I did do some MAF sensor wiring, a basic splice. But I only had the airbox off, that's about it. Didn't touch the plugs or injectors. Safe to ignore it? Or should I crawl under it and look? This car is such a saga. Some day an epic will be written about it. After it goes onto a pyre and floats out to sea, like a Viking going to Valhalla. Grrr.
Hi @De Jeeper and @Fracture here is a pic with a fuse for scale. I'm thinking it's not from the car as I was going through a box of small parts and came across another just a different color. Fracture your fuel injection or spark plug lens didn't yield any exact matches. Close but I think it's just coincidence. I'm still puzzled but the part is very clean and seems new. So likely not off my car. Thanks! Mystery parts. Green one definitely not from car, but likely from some accessory I installed.
Looks like a weather proofing plug for an empty port or a shipping plug. Highly doubt it came from the 996.
