Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Pelican Parts: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 1 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I am new to the water cooled technological world and have a question about the traction control on my car. I am two days into this car and did have a PPI done which came back with flying colors. The scenario: During light to moderate cornering, the PSM light will flash and I feel it being actuated through the steering wheel and front of car. I wouldn't even call it spirited driving. The road was fairly smooth and clear of debris. No error codes popped up when I ran a check on the car and the PSM light quickly turned off. My suspicion went to the front tires which are Michelin Pilots M/S with a date of (3803). Could these tires be so old and hard that they are skipping over the road causing the car to think its going into a skid? Richard
