Has anyone gotten a Foxwell OBD scanner to pull an overrev report on a 986 Boxster ? I updated my NT530 , loaded the Porsche configuration but I can’t get to the DME Live Data menu to pull an rpm report.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I just ordered one myself but haven't received it yet. I plan on reading the DME info on my 987.1 , but I've read that they have some functionality limits with 986 's. Not 100% sure.
I'm not certain "live data" is where you'll find that. I'll have to hook mine up and look (on a 987) where that might be found.
From what I’ve seen, 987’s can pull “live data” but I’m waiting for confirmation from another 986 owner.
I was wrong, DME menu:
