Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi All, Took my 2001 C4 out for a quick pootle earlier today and noticed that oil pressure was at 5 to start with, as I'd expect, but after 15mins (usual time I wait before going over 3k revs) it never went above 4, even when driving at high revs, and when idling it was just over 1. Still drove perfectly but is this something that I should be worried about?

POST 2Original post

Mine does the same, seems ok after 10 years and at 126k miles... The oil pressure reader is a cheap and simple fix - I changed mine when it was over reading.

@StillWorking - thanks for the peace of mind.
