Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi everyone, Looking at a 2001 that has the maple wood interior inserts. Not a fan and was wondering what my options would be outside of a full interior swap. I've seen the $300 3m metal overlay kits, not sure if anyone has any experience with those? Or can the inserts be removed and painted? I would imagine the steering wheel and shifter would be a pain. I'd just like to have brushed metal or painted if I could, all help is appreciated!!!

POST 2Original post

Why not try to find someone that has what you want, and they want what you have, and then trade.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks JFP, you're thinking interior wise? Or whole cars? Haha
