Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

It is widely rumoured here in the UK that Porsche will be producing a face-lifted Boxster in September 2002. Apart from minor bodywork tweaks (and the introduction of cupholders!) the car will receive a detuned version of the 911 3.4 litre engine (280bhp) and a heated glass rear screen in the soft-top. POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Porsche was showing a Boxster Coupe (as in fixed hard top), to focus groups here in California, about 4 months ago. It seemed like a done deal, but from what I heard looked different enough from the current Boxster that a freshening of that car might be needed to, just to keep them in line with eachother. We shall see I guess.
