Thom, two things, I know you are a student, but, have you heard the line 'If you have to ask, then you cannot afford it' On a serious note now. Maybe regional variations in overheads account for some of the difference? Also size of operation and whether they have any other franchises will affect the pricing too.

How much does a UK-based Porsche dealer charges for this ? Here it varies between £270 (Toulouse center apparently) and £500 (Paris center). Why not the same price for every dealer ?
