Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

A friend of mine - who is a very serious golfer - is considering purchase of a 997. He would like to know if a bag of golf clubs - or two - can fit in the back of a 997. I told him the Pelican brain-trust could answer the question. He is looking at both coupes & cabs. Is a cab's back seat area smaller than a coupe's? I would think that the folding top mechanism may take up some interior space. Thank you in advance for your comments.

POST 2Original post

I say bring the golf bags/clubs in question to a dealer and try it out! (if a large "pro" style bag, I will think he is out of luck unless he can get a cab and always drive top down. Or, could get a roof transport system I think this is one of the reasons Porsche makes those "other" models.. Panamera and Cayenne
