Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

http://www.auto123.com/en/info/news/news,view.spy?artid=24542&pg=1 I think they mean 996 Turbo S. My dealer said something along the lines of "Don't think you've seen the last 996 model now the 997 is announced"

POST 2Original post

it IS a 996 (I was offered one if I wanted to wait for my 996 Turbo cab); 997 Turbo not expected for 2/3 years at least. (I didn't wait for two reasons: chrome wheels and a lost summer...)

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Shame. I was hoping the mystery "not the last you've seen of the 996" would be a speedster![8D]
