Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

For awhile now i've been on the hunt for an exhaust on my 98 C2. I finally settled on Tubi-Style Exhausts from Italy. The land of exhaust notes lol. It's loud. It sounds super nice, most of all there is no drone, mind you i did the stupid thing and went with the R edition of the exhaust, there is a more tamer version. I bought it through ART Australia. Give them a buzz if you are interested.

And I thought mine sounded good, after that it's too quiet now ...yours is the biz!

I've got a Tubi exhaust on my 997.2 C2S. I did the swap over myself and due to it being freezing cold (based in the UK currently), I has the garage door down. When I started it for the first time I cacked my pants as to how loud it was. It simmers down nicely once the cats heat up. Below 3k rpm you'd barely know it wasnt factory. When I wind it up, from inside it sounds like an old air cooled race engine. I love my exhaust, especially through tunnels.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
