I have a storage problem. IIRC a "Roadster Bag" was offered on Porsche Pete's Boxster Board. It was a simple backpack that hung between the seats. Do you use this space in this way? I am interested in learning how you do it. ps I was a regular poster there. See I haven't posted since 2008, when I logged in. DaveL Toronto

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I suppose it depends on whether or not you had the Bose system that had the bass speaker outlet there between the seats. I don't recall using that space for anything on my Boxster but I remember that bag you are describing that hung there. I was never short on space to actually need something there...
The "Roadster Bag" started because the original Boxster didn't have a glove box. I bought my Boxster's from Porsche in the UK (1997). A friend of mine was waiting for his wife in a discount store and happened across a bag that was made up of a number of pockets, and was a perfect match to his CS Sand Beige interior. I'd try searching for a daypack on eBay.
Thank you. I did a google image search. No luck so far...I shall keep looking. DaveL
I was lucky enough to get one last year off Ebay. There are no tags on it, but it seems to be VERY similar to a style of purse worn by teenage girls a couple years ago. I don't know the exact name, but it may have been called a 'backpack purse'. Although my car comes with two storage areas, the bag comes in handy for storing stuff like Kleenex, camera, binoculars, hand cleaner, gloves, doggie care stuff, etc. I have the BOSE system in my car, and it does not interfere with the sound.
