I have no idea how to match the dull-black semi-gloss without having to paint the entire ring, which will involve disassembly of the cluster into individual parts. IE - PITA. I'd be trying to just not see those (move the steering wheel to block them from the drivers line of sight.) Or - I'd be looking on AliExpress for some rings to cover the gauges. Maybe they come in black, and you could install just the tach center ring..

Guage rings are nice but don't all fit great Paint the whole ring whatever color you think it is or should be
