Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

The metal trim at the back corner on the left hand side has popped up. When I look under it I can see the clip but I press it down and I can't get it to fasten back in. I've scheduled an appointment for my service dept on Saturday so that if anybody gonna break it it won't be me. Anyone else have this problem? G.

Hey. Sorry, I meant the metal trim that on the right hand side is the oil and coolant cover. The left hand side of that has popped up. Initially when I noticed it first it was hot, oviously cos its right on top of the engine but I wonder had that anything to do with it. I'll post a picture when I get home. G.

I went to the service dept this morning and they secured it down for the moment but had to order a replacement piece to fix it properly. So lift up your rear hatches and have a look at the left hand side of the metal trim and make sure that it is secure. G.
