Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anybody swap their halogens for HIDs? How much did it cost and how long did it take to install?

POST 2Original post

A lot of threads on several boards for Litronics. The best deal seem to be from Suncoast Porsche ih Sarasota, FL( www.suncoastmotorsports.com ). They have the Litronic retro-kit for $1095 (list is around $1700) and will accept the $100 PCA coupon (assuming you have one). Ebay acutions come and go with typical prices in the $1000 range. Everyone seems to feel installation is easy. Only draw back, you will not have the leveling technology (factory install only). I hope to swap my lights out in the next month or so.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
