So I have a 966 and I want to remove the interior door sill (?naming?). On the passenger side it will catch your change on the drivers side it has the trunk and bonnet release. I am in the process of fixing a bad, bad, bad stereo install and I need to remove this piece to pull out the rest of the wires. I have pulled on it at which point you would think it would pop out but I do not want to break it. Any Idears?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Nevermind I found the screws underneath the rubber pad. I did not see it the first 50 times I was tugging on that piece of crap.
