Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Working on a little project, am looking for the correct parts to connect the wiring loom to a tip switch In the PET I found Code: 999 650 035 40 plug socket - see pic Code: 999 650 330 00 connector are there two parts, Im unsure why there are two. I have the tip switch, but is the connector universal? * UPDATE ** Further research shows these are the plug casing, and then you add the wires crimped to the metal connectors.. I hope this is useful, any practical tips welcome Mark 1999 996 C4
