I've got a loud squeek coming from the dash. It actually appears to be from the passenger airbag position. All I've got to do is press lightly where the two trim pieces meet horizontally and it goes - but only for a short while; so it gets a bit tedious leaning over and pressing, and pressing etc. Anyone got any ideas how to sort this? Is it a DIY task? ------------ David 1996 Targa 993 Migration info. Legacy thread was 25110

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

David, Have you tried spraying a bit of WD40 in the gap where the trims meet ? Sometimes works. Paul Migration info. Legacy thread was 25113
