I'm in two minds about this, i do in fact have an aero kit in my garage at the moment that i have acquired over the years, it will be one of my next projects to prep and paint it arctic silver. When i see one i like it but i also like the standard engine lid with the louvres. The aero front bumper is just a thing of greatness though.

Funnily enough ive done this on my .2 and really like it. Looks great on .1 too. Ive ended up adding a small carbon lip to the OE lid from Rennline. I borrowed a ducktail and really wasnt keen so the rennline lip was a nice halfway house.
