Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello Gents I'd like new Brake Pad Retaining pins - the one that you tap in and out - and maybe the big clips too - that stop the pads rattling. So I'm guessing that's either a full kit or separate parts. Anyone know who sells these ideally cheap and cheerful? I was wandering if these are standard Brembo items or Porsche specific and therefore Porsche taxable. Thanks ATM

Yeah I saw them but feels punchy because I'm a tight ass.

POST 4Original post

Why are you replacing them? I just clean mine up everytime.

Pins were jammed solid so I had to cut them.

Bear in mind that Genuine parts will likely be cheaper from a Porsche Centre than any other outlet. In my experience they will often post small parts out for little or no cost if you ask nicely.
